I eliminated TV from my life about half a year ago (I only watch 1-2 football matches)...and I find that I have more free time :)
I see America (the USA) sticking its nose in everything, and that's not good!
I'm sorry, Americans, but your leadership is not doing everything right. Of course, the Republicans are much better than the Democrats were!
If he can keep his assets, then 4 years = nothing.
There should be a total confiscation of assets (for everyone caught), and then maybe they will think more carefully about what / why / when they do it :D
This is my "theory" about the origin of life...neither God nor Darwin....more like the colonization theory :)
Which means that beings much more intelligent than us from a distant galaxy colonized humans on Earth and are just experimenting with us (like we do with mice) :P
Hmmm.... some months ago I heard about this company first time...I checked it some charts, but I was not decided 100% to buy some shares...and right now it's not actual for me...
But I will keep in my "radar", and it's possible to buy in 2026 ;)
I wouldn't buy this stock right now (either)... I basically don't want to buy anything in the next 5-6 months, only sell it :)
We have a draft law in Romania now that will require you to pay 70% on income that you "cannot prove". The Prime Minister (who is 100% incompetent) wants to include the entire crypto market in this :)
Its reputation dates back to ancient times - it was the dog that the Spanish explorers took with them on their conquests. It is almost extinct because it was not a dog bred for aesthetics, but a rough, field dog that had to perform a task - they could be shepherds, hunting dogs or brave watchdogs. It was by no means a city or apartment dog.
More lucky than smart...
In 2021 I had much less knowledge about the market than I do now...
I bought a few stocks in 2020 at the very beginning of COVID (not just Airbnb, but others too), and sold them all in 2021 :)
Our kids need us to spend a lot of time with them.
We usually play cards, board games, and Lego.
And every evening we read for 30-40 minutes (either my wife or I).
Now that our little one is born (4 months old), we obviously have a little less time for the "big ones", but so far they haven't complained :)
I think (and this is really just my personal opinion, not based on experience) that with current technology it is possible to build fairly short-lived modular homes. I don't know how long they will last, but I don't think they will even come close to 30 years...
It is likely (certainly) that this technology will develop in the future, and then perhaps it will be possible to build more durable modular homes.
