So, hiring more government workers to wreck the free markets?
Not surprised, really…
Old Thinkpads, super glue & baking soda, gaffer tape and some brute force now & then!
My T480 now has a bent cooling channel & a jammed in battery from an X250. The usb port broke off the main board, so now it’s running on 12 volts directly between the battery and main board connector, spared me getting a new one ;-)
Keep it to the same series and model if you can, with time you’ll have spare parts available for whatever
Don’t worry, soon doom will get so intense that it folds into itself, making time stop.
So eternal doom for all, guaranteed!
Thanks, but I’d rather print it in a serious way & then ship to someone paying with sats :-)
That’s the long term plan at least…
Actually great cars, this is a later model, I had one of the early ones for maybe a year. Used it for some logging :-)
Ho ho, that goes waaaay back… Maybe Chariots of The Gods by Däniken, actually!
That would be more than 4 decades ago…
Thanks, old Nikkor 180/2.8 from the ground, I used the trees to establish a dark contrast with the Buddha statue in the sun :-)
Yes that seems to be the major obstacle… 1500 a month a bit more than I would be ok with in total, unless I land a regular, online job or recurring customers of course.
For a host of diverse reason that is not feasible from here, so I’m going for and extended period somewhere dirt cheap to reboot everything :-)
Kathmandu will probably be a stop over on the way, but El Salvador would be perfect after that!
