I've experimented with this a fair bit. You can get really good results with a stainless pan but it just doesn't hold the heat as well and so you don't get as good of a sear.

I'd recommend changing the idea so that it sounds like a lame fintech startup. Then hire some south american graphic designers to make you a nice deck so that you can raise $3M.
Put half into bitcoin.
Then hire some devs from Bulgaria to build you a minimum viable product.
Once you have that, pay some influencers to get you a bunch of users.
Then go raise $60M and put it all into bitcoin.
