Testing and forgot to hit dry_run on this!

Made some changes thanks to this yesterday comment, so today's deploy carries no deltas, because no previous snapshot has the new schema. Deltas values will resume tomorrow.

Good catch, thanks. I dug into exactly which channels were missed.

Two things are going on.

1. I use a lookback=144 blocks from when the bot runs, not a calendar day, and consecutive editions left a gap.
2. The dataset is instead rebuilt on BDL's schedule, so a channel funded shortly before a run is often not in it yet.

The fix now stop using a fixed 144-block lookback and instead carry each edition forward from where the previous one ended, with a small overlap for late announcements. That should closes both holes.
