What do you all think about this situation with ColBitcoin? This person has blocked my funds on the "Presta SATs" Telegram bot, where they act as the custodian for the BTC used in transactions. I haven't been able to access my funds for 26 days. I have provided the information I have to prove that the transaction involves my BTC, including the Lightning Network preimage and evidence that the funds originated from my wallet. However, ColBitcoin maintains that the BTC do not belong to me and refuses to help me recover them. The most concerning part is that, since my account was blocked, I have received virtually no solution or concrete explanation. My impression is that they are simply dragging the situation out. Has anyone else had a similar experience with ColBitcoin or Presta SATs? I’m looking to hear about other people's experiences and get your thoughts on this case.

@colbitcoin possible scam

**@prestasatsBot: ColBitcoin blocked my account and my BTC have been inaccessible for 26 days**

I am seeking advice from the Bitcoin community regarding a situation involving ColBitcoin and the Bitcoin lending bot @prestasatsBot.

Presta SATs, which is owned by @ColBitcoin.

Approximately 26 days ago, ColBitcoin blocked my account as well as the account of the counterparty involved in the transaction.

According to @ColBitcoin, the reason for the block was that the account was conducting transactions around 2:00 a.m. and that, according to them, the BTC involved did not belong to me.

In addition, ColBitcoin has involved third parties who were not directly involved in the transaction and has questioned the ownership of funds belonging to the people who directly participated in it.

The problem is that the funds have remained under ColBitcoin's control since the account was blocked. Since then, I have been unable to access them.

I have tried contacting ColBitcoin to obtain an explanation and recover my funds, but I have now gone approximately 26 days without receiving any response.

Because this is a custodial Lightning service, I do not have an on-chain TXID that directly identifies the funds. The transaction records were stored within the custodial platform itself.

I have screenshots, conversations, transaction details, and other evidence documenting what happened.

What concerns me most is that this is not simply a matter of my account being blocked: @ColBitcoin continues to control the funds and has not provided me with any solution or response for approximately 26 days.

From my perspective, the situation is beginning to look more serious than a simple account freeze. I cannot categorically claim that theft has occurred, but I find it extremely concerning that the custodian is retaining the funds, blocking accounts, questioning ownership of the BTC, and then failing to respond.

The complete silence for 26 days is, in my opinion, one of the most troubling aspects of the situation. If there is an investigation or a legitimate reason for keeping the funds frozen, I would at least expect a clear explanation and a channel through which the issue can be resolved.

I would like to know whether other users have had a similar experience with @ColBitcoin, whether there has been any security incident, whether this type of account restriction is common, and what options exist to prove ownership of the funds and recover them.

If anyone has information about what is currently happening with ColBitcoin, or knows how I can properly escalate this situation, I would greatly appreciate your help.

I am willing to provide screenshots, evidence, and transaction details to anyone who can help analyze the case.
