There are topics that are good to avoid, and I would like to highlight those today.

❌🏦 Ignore the exchanges

Money isn't bought, it's earned. Today, you don't have to be shamefully verified by an Indian company or hope that your funds will one day be returned to you. The ideal is to earn bitcoin. If you can find a company that is willing to pay you in bitcoin, you've won. Everyone on SN knows Bitcoiner Jobs ... For a little tasks, I like Stakwork
If you want to explicitly buy bitcoin, then look definitely for a project Vexl

❌👿 Ignore the FUD

Yeah, bitcoin is dying again. Ignore such mindless articles and discussions. Just study what as much as you can. I recommend reading more comprehensive texts that will get you somewhere. For me it was recently Payments of the Future
Currently in Czech 🇨🇿 only. But Deepl could help.
If you don't deal with the causes of specific celebrities, you'll have more time to build the ecosystem. Depending on your knowledge, you can create apps or try to improve the protocol itself. I see potential for example in CISA, but there is definitely much more to explore and build.

❌📉 Ignore trading

Someone probably can, but is it really you? Do you believe you have better information than other people in the market? That you can process it better and faster? Is it really the best use of your time and mental capacity? If you save regularly instead, you'll have time for more constructive activities. For example, you can build a network of people around you who know how to use bitcoin. Spread Bitcoin for Local Business leaflet. Have your own merchant for groceries and other necessities. There may eventually be a problem with using cash, and it's good to have beaten paths for a faster transition to bitcoin.
Your post contains some interesting links to sites I wasn't aware of. Thanks

quick question how does vexl work and how is it legal?
reply
It is completely legal to exchange goods and services p2p - or at least at Czechia and Slovakia where Vexl currently operates.
How does it work?
  • You load your encrypted contacts into Vexl app
  • some other people do the same
  • You can post offers for p2p trade of bitcoin/fiat
  • You see only offers from your contacts, or second layer - contacts of your contacts (If they want to be that visible)
  • Then you accept some offer
  • Use e2e encrypted chat to specify details
  • Uncover your identity (if you want)
  • Do the exchange (ideally in person)
  • Delete the conversation (or it will be deleted automatically just like offers after circa 30 days)

meeting up in person sounds horrifying but I guess the option has to exist.

You can still do everything online, but is recommended to use cash for private transfer. It's traceable once you put bank transfer in the process. And still you can be very selective with uploaded contacts.

have you ever done it? and how much would you take with you?
reply
Yes, It depends on how risk averse you are.. And how well you trust to your contacts

Only hodl it’s the way…

I think these are some great points. I try to just accumulate as much as I can every day. I only trade when I want to exchange some of what I have earned for a project I truly believe in. I think researching projects is one of the most important things you can do. I think a lot of people just want to get rich but do not truly understand why Crypto was created. Coins that promise you riches are normally the ones you want to stay away from. Coins that actually have a use case is what are the most important. Thanks for the info, my friend!
