Ate 90% single ingredient foods - do that and tons of eggs, meat, Greek yogurt, you’ll get ripped.
Cold soak- 10 minutes, I started with the showers.
Did some core & weights.
Oh yeah and won a 5k race over people 1/3 and 1/2 my age!

At mid 40’s not sure how many I have left in me. My wife said I have a little hitch in my gitty up from that plantar fasciitis, lol.
