No need to upload directly the file to SN CDN. You can use other CDNs. For example from Bitchute, you can extract the mp4 address of any video posted on bitchute and post the link. It will play on SN from Bitchute CDN.
Or use compressed and low res video files.

If you click on the download icon, you get the link to the mp4 file directly.
