Dave’s Hot Chicken, you see all the things that make it unlike other restaurant chains. The simple menu. The walls covered in murals and splattered with graffiti. The range of spice levels topped by “Reaper,” which is so hot that it requires a waiver.
But what really makes Dave’s Hot Chicken different from other restaurant chains with hundreds of locations are the two words on every door: “Est. 2017.”
It was the beginning of their improbable empire—and the company they just sold in a $1 billion deal.
Crazy. I've been there before and thought it was just okay. I'm surprised it was able to grow so fast

Yes too fast! I've come to know that they've expanded to many prime cities around the world. But they aren't in India till now.

Thanks. I've just corrected it.

I don't understand the fascination people have with hot sauces. i don't mind when a dish is intentionally spicy (which is common in many international foods) as part of the overall dish but the idea of slathering your food with insanely hot sauces to make it barely edible and to pay for the privilege is very odd to me.

Hattie B’s in Nashville is amazing. Never had this chain but the food must be good if they are able to grow so fast

Hattie B's, great name! I've always wondered no other business come up with so fancy names as do the food chains.
I can never tell you how the food there tastes, I'm a vegetarian. But definitely they must have had a great strategy and plans to see such a grand success.
