  1. We had a great day at the Agora market here in St. Paul MN this past Saturday... had a handful of other vendors join us to show off their handmade items/goods. I sold some of my jerky, and it was fun to connect with more local small biz folks.
  2. It's just another day for me
  3. Idk what "succeeding" looks like for others, but this is my side gig (I work in web tech from home) and it supplements me quite well. I've been doing jerky on the side since 2019, it got serious in 2020 and I just went through the motions and 2 dehydrators in 3 years, as of September, I upgraded to the Excalibur 9 tray so I'm really cookin' with gas now & steady rolling. Not changing anything at the moment,

The best thing about running your own thing is you get to define success. Love that you've hit it!

Well, one need to define success first and set a process to achieve goals.
I've a friend that does honey, he doesn't want to grow, he set a floor for the business and until it stay sustainable for him is fine. Only P2P, no big distribution, no ads, no bs.
He lives a really happy life, and the surrounding community is more than happy to support his initiative.
