the issue is not in the printer, indeed in who is providing the files. The print industry has been around for centuries, and there are pretty strict standards if you want to aim for “perfect” results. Not following the standards inevitably provide such surprises.
What disappointed is that they didn't warn me, i sent a illustrator file, they said printing on white paper would give best results and since i'm printing only 1500 copies i can't ask for a sample
Later they said printing on white paper can't result to a bright orange
