This is one of the issues where I'm fairly skeptical of the harms. The reason microplastics are in everything is because they're so inert that they never breakdown (i.e. they don't react with anything).
I also saw Ben Justman address this on nostr, by pointing out that it's an issue with wines that have plastic caps. Corked wine is fine.

I'm concerned about all of the microplatics personally. Just because we really have no idea how much damage they are or aren't causing. Hopefully it's just another nothing burger.

I do opt for glass, metal, or paper containers, when available, just in case.

I just eat out of plastic lol. It's practically unavoidable. That's me, concerned but doing nothing to mitigate it.

I do too, because plastic is low on my list of concerns. It's hard to find food that's up to my standards, much less food that's up to my standards and not in a plastic container.
