Normally its fixed till end of market. Some exception in edge case. But treat is as fixed.

in our next release we'll publish b as "Liquidity" publicly. So that you'll get an idea. Just leave b as variable.
Also when we create a market, the liquidity provider gets proportional shares. For ex: When we created "TatumTurnup joins Bitcoin treasury board in 2025?", it was created with 30k sats liquidity, that means the liq provider (myself) got 30k shares of each YES and NO.
