@ek This is soooo cool it's just wild to see sats coming into and out of my own wallet. thanks a bunch. One more question. I'm zapping people 21 sats currently and I am being deducted 31 but getting a "fee reimbursement" of 10 back to the wallet right away. So the amount of sats being deducted is correct however I don't really understand what's going on under the hood here.

I guess I have one more question. I couldn't get the answer from the FAQ. What is the difference between a CC and a heart or a thumb? They can't me moved or used from SN right?

in my first post #1011444 I stacked a few thousand sats and the majority of them went right to my wallet, indicating (to me) they came from mainly stackers with send wallets set up, however when you peak around there really aren't many guns next to peoples names.

Yes a heart or a thumb. A simple value-less like that you see on every other social media platform. CC's obviously give you a bit more since you can use them to pay for posts of comments here but beyond that I can't do anything with them? If that's true then they'll be accumulated here on SN until the end of time.

I'm wondering if it would be legally ok for you guys to sell us SN merch, maybe even only digital, for CC's?

I was impressed by myself how fast you could put the wood boards. I started at 7:30AM and at 11:30AM was done. Yes, I used an electrical machine (Black'n'Decker) for screws that I also was impressed by its battery durability. Now comes the hard part, bringing lots of gravel and dirt buckets on top. I have to do it in the morning when is still not so hot. Afternoons are for beers in the river and relax.

Now I am really satisfied with this roof. Is strong and well done. I can even jump on it. I used 50cm distance between the beams and that is giving a lot of pressure point for the boards, having 3 points of support. And the beams are quite heavy, between 15 and 20cm diameter. I waited so long for this important day. Having a proper roof is very important.

Happiness Journal 20/6/24

Took both children all the way to Changi Airport T3 so that they could play to their heart’s content at the giant inflatable Miffy bouncy castle.

Except that I didn’t anticipate the height requirement. So, my younger daughter was denied entry.

Given her go-getter temperament, I braced myself for her non-stop shrieking that betrayed her formidable lung power. To my enormous relief, she just stood there outside the entrance, never demanding, just waiting contentedly for her elder brother. How lucky I was!

Serendipitously, I had been given a bubble bottle from the ramen restaurant where we had our lunch. Gotta love those child-friendly Japanese restaurants for their value-added gesture of providing a toy in their kid’s meals. I passed the bottle to the daughter, to her utter delight. What could have turned out to be a sibling equality crisis was thus de-escalated into a non-event.
