I didn't go running because I had too much to eat at dinner and was too full to move afterwards. I did walk back and forth around the house to achieve my daily step goal of 8000 steps.
Today's stats:
150 push ups (2 sets of 75)
no cold shower
8011 steps
I'm going to post yesterday's numbers to make myself look better, haha:

Trail run with my wife, 12.3km with 278m elevation gain at 9:33/km average pace
