MtPelerin has no KYC if you pay by wire transfer, otherwise they have a KYC to prevent fraud. https://developers.mtpelerin.com/service-information/identity-verification

Paper wallet are fragile, not easy to use to transfer funds for example.
But remember that even if you have any hardware wallet you need to write down your 24 words. So you still need paper wallet.
My take on paper wallet : it's the perfect medium for gifting, amount is relatively small ~50$ and it's the only way to give bitcoin when you dont know the recipient address (or when they dont event have)

How does it work in terms of No KYC? Does Mt Pellerin allow to do that? What are the max amounts you can do? Paper wallets are kinda recommended against these days, if i remember the videos from Antonopoulos. What's your take on that? You're only doing Paris pick-up?
