Trump took out the nuclear centers and has given him over 5 hours to bomb away before the deal goes into effect. Plus Iran has agreed. They can focus back on Hezbollah and Gaza now.

So with West Bank I would actually point back to Gaza.... Israel not only removed but bulldozed the settlements. I hate to be the one to say what difference did it make but honestly....
Plus factor in for West Bank weather I believe the settlements are right or wrong they fall under the Oslo II accords. Area C fell under Israel choice and this is what the PLA agreed to. Now did Israel end up reversing a lot of the area they said they would give up due to the Second Intifada.
According to Article XVII, are "Jerusalem, settlements, specified military locations, Palestinian refugees, borders, foreign relations and Israelis; and … powers and responsibilities not transferred to the Council so as mean as it sounds Jerusalem was ceded by Palestine if we care to look at it that way.
