No kids baseball today due to heat warning. We are so soft in Canada.
Didn't do much physically other than some chores around the house but ate pretty healthy today.
Man, it was such a nice day here in the west today. Started at 13-14C, with a low 20s high.
Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated under the heat.
Today was really the first hot day. Tons of humidity.
I’m guessing it’s similarly pathetic to what passes for a “snow day” down here.
