In one of @Undisciplined's daily accountability threads in early June, I mentioned I wanted to commit to running at least 100km each month. He suggested that I run the bitcoin price. #994341. I was hesitant at first, but in the end, I was convinced. Gladly (or not really), bitcoin have not yet gone on a big run and is still sitting around $107k. So, it wasn't too difficult this month to run the bitcoin price, and the goal was achieved. Let's see what prices / distances July brings.

That's a pretty nice running schedule. I'm fitfully consistent at best. How do you make time for it?

I try to put in 3 runs a week. A 10km while I wait for my kids' art class, a 5km Friday night (which don't take too long), and a long run (15km+) Sunday morning, which is my day off work. I think keeping a schedule / routine helps.
