Nice little win. How often you produce jerky, and how long it takes is a natural process or forced with some kind of oven?

I use a dehydrator. Each pound of marinated ground meat takes 4-5 hours to dry, and each batch makes 4 packages, which are vacuum sealed. https://mailboxmeat.com/
