What great advice do you give that you yourself don't follow?

This is such an honest and refreshing take. I totally agree some of the best mentors and coaches weren't the stars on the field, but they became masters of teaching, analyzing, and building systems. It reminds me that wisdom isn’t always about personal success but about the ability to transfer that knowledge effectively.

As for your question absolutely! One piece of advice I often give but struggle to apply myself is: “Protect your time like it's your most valuable asset.” I know the importance of setting boundaries and avoiding distractions, but I still say yes too often or waste time on things that don’t move me forward.
