I don't pretend to understand any of this, especially as it pertains to bitcoin. What I'm hearing here is that "quantum computing" is the mysterious bogeyman that's always just out of reach, just out of sight, but always out there and always ready to be used as a scaring device. Am I interpreting this correctly?
