The Bengals lost almost all their leverage when it came to what was it mini camp last month? They wanted him to sign that if he got hurt they wouldnt cover it now they want him to sign language that no on else in the league signs... I mean I get protecting yourself as a team but it is clear the Bengals have been pushing it and thats why they are missing two critical lineman. They took the little wiggle room and really just put the screws to them. With second round picks getting fully guaranteed deals now... Bengals dont have much room.
Not to mention with NIL football could possibly become like baseball... It would def go to court but if Stewart went back to A&M tbh with the D Line we have he would be in a great place one again

I wonder if they will try to trade his rights or just let him go back in the draft with nothing in return.

So....
I dont see the Bengals letting that happen but at the same time I think it would be insane for them to not sign him. Nonetheless the Bengals are making it very hard for players to want to play for them with how they are handling both the draft and player extension.

Just when it looked like they might have changed, the classic Bungles are back.
