I dont know if anyone else has tried buying these so I was looking for opinions. I have seen thorbuys.com before, they only allow you to pay with SATS/Lightning but so far all they have been selling is streetwear and cyberpunk stuff. They say that they install ubuntu and umbrel and give you directions to get started quickly.
Has anyone bought one of these? If so what was your experience with the seller? They seem ligit but would love someone with experience to share. I am seriously thinking of buying one of these for my sister for Christmas because they are so much cheaper than the other umbrel appliances.

Nice! I always run nodes on refurbished PCs (mostly from closed offices). Are very powerful for a node. WAY BETTER THAN A RPI.
And now you can run raspiblitz image on those https://github.com/openoms/raspiblitz/tree/amd64/alternative.platforms#amd64-image Just install DebianOS on a small disk, run the 1 line raspiblitz script, sync and done.
I would not run anymore Umbrel.

we can vouch for them, they are legit. They use rapaygo for woocommerce to sell stuff on the Lightning Network. We haven't bought one of their nodes but we think its a cool project.
