What incentivizes people to run your decentralized server? Electric ain't free, son. Computers aren't free and magic serverless servers don't exist yet.
Like, I run Bitcoin core because it frees me from trust. I ran folding@home because I wanted to advance medical science.

Incentive = wanting to run your application to host your content.
For example, I run Bisq on my laptop because I want others to see my buy orders.
There are frameworks and decentralized databases that merely require other users to load the webpage, and keep it open so that content can be replicated: https://github.com/amark/gun/wiki/getting-started-(v0.3.x)
