Yesterday I did even better, except for sleep quality. Tomorrow will likely not be as strong, due to the presence of cake in our house. Although, @Aardvark can marvel at my restraint in not eating any cake today.

peanut butter cookies. but I did go running (and I noticed that because I intended to post about the run, I tried a -- little -- bit harder: accountability is good).

Bringing in the list now! The fasting was without water? I assume you're not somewhere with high humidity. I can't stay hydrated without water for 4 hours here.

No, that’s just for food. I haven’t been tracking liquids and in the summer heat I’ve been drinking more juice and tea.
