Wow the Olde English Bulldogge really is a fascinating breed a perfect blend of history and modern care! Originally bred for bull-baiting in the 17th–18th centuries breeders in the 1970 carefully recreated its athletic physique while focusing on health and temperament . Todays OEB is medium sized (16–20 50–80 lb sturdy and friendly great with kids loyal and protective but not overly aggressive . They need moderate exercise drool a bit and can be stubborn so consistent training and attention are key . Overall a dog with a big heart modern build, and classic bulldog charm!
