In the spirit of X, I'd also consider making Nostr the "everything" app. Services anymore are just a software solution away. Build all the perks of the other apps you like into Nostr, and they will come...

Gamify TF out of it. "Kids these days," if I may put on my old man hat, need the dopamine dump to which they've grown accustomed. Badges, rewards, shiny things, etc. lol
