What is it with idiot family members? I've had a few ask me about ripple over the years to the point that I've assembled an email with a number of well-documented points about how stupid ripple is...and yet some of them still buy it.

I think it’s mostly chasing the NGU dragon. They feel like they missed out on bitcoin and don’t even have a surface level understanding of the value propositions.
