It's dead, Jim.

.app is a tld from Google Registry: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Registry

But there's nothing there:

$ whois lnwallet.app getaddrinfo(whois.nic.app): Name or service not known

It's dead, Jim.

I still love this. I watched the original TV show as a kid.

You are asking if a website is down, and I'm showing why it is down -- because the domain was either:

  • Expired and purchased by someone else (e.g., by a squatter)
  • Shut down by owner
  • Confiscated (or shut down by Google)
  • Transferred (or sold) to someone else
  • Or some thing such that there is going to be no website there until whomever owns the domain today spins up a website

You perhaps are asking about funds left on the site, and there is no website remaining, and almost certainly there are no funds anywhere.

Were you thinking of lnwallet.io ?

From 2019:

Please say to everybody LNwallet.io is closing. Since the Minimum amount is 20.000 sats and the set network fee for on-chain withdraw is 10.000 sats I have lost my funds. Although a bit.
