I work with attention to the public and in the past I lost my stirrups with some people 👥 I was always quite volatile.
After experiencing and practicing meditation for some years, I can assure that that has helped me control my temperament in the present. (In high stress situations I only try to think about the technique to meditate, breathe calmly and count from 1 to 4 repeatedly) This helps keep the mind clear and out of the explosion point.
