This seems like massive FUD
For me this sounds like some users want to blame their own stupidity (giving their API keys to hackers/scammers) on Binance and are waiting on them to bail them out.
My question: why should they?

Also: having millions worth of coins on an centralized exchange that can be withdrawn via api key seems like a stupid thing to do in the first place.
