No, even though I don’t have a definitive goal physique in mind.
I have lots of room for improvement and am building up habits that I’ll actually stick with.

I've been amazed at how satiated I feel when I just eat once.
I don't understand why, but one big meal keeps me full all day. I only really deviate from OMAD when I succumb to baked goods or I'm trying to prevent food waste.
