Guys what do you think of a DAO as a future solution for governments and companies. And of course this is not about shitcoins or tokens, but about decision-making. Tokens are just a voting tool. Is there perhaps already a solution to manage bitcoins in a group? Give me your opinions.

Dude, yeah Bitcoin has multi-sig. You can officially or unofficially organize into charities, businesses freaking fraternities. Like if you need a decentralized way to communicate well that's web 1.0 you host an internet relay chat (IRC for short) on one of the organizers computers. You can vote via emojis and the people voting in favor seeing they have the necessary votes for the number of sigs needed to sign a multi-sig, pass the PSBT around until its fully signed and then broadcast to spend the organizations funds.

Sounds interesting. Would be awesome to get more information about this topic. I have no experience with multisig. Are there platforms or wallets that support it?

This is how to use Sparrow:
Important note about multi-sig, everyone needs everyone else's xpubs. A torrent of a .txt document which contains all xpubs is one of many ways of ensuring xpubs are never lost even when members leave the organization
