Ln was active till today , it had 10 sats for fee and it's inactive now , they only will send 100$worth of btc at most Yes I'm Iranian

Sucks you can’t use LN! There’s another option, but you gotta check if it’s cheaper, swap your Bitcoin to some shitcoin, send it to your wallet, then swap back to Bitcoin. But it might end up costing more. And don’t forget, Bitcoin on the shitchain ain’t real Bitcoin, it’s just wrapped Bitcoin.

No! Real Bitcoins, you can only move them on the Bitcoin blockchain or through the Lightning Network. Any other 'Bitcoins' on those other shitchains are just wrapped Bitcoins.

Then I got wrecked by not having any good exchange around , I can convert all btc into rials then transfer to another exchange which has 0.00005 btc for tx fee and buy btc there, these fing exchanges are scams , I will lose allot by doing this method anyway , is there any way to convert the btc on bnb chain into main layer? Without losing allot?

Well all I want to do is use bnb as a way to scape from high transaction fee I don't wanna store it there I wanna transfer from exchange to bnb chain for Bitcoin then transfer to my electrum wallet , it sucks that there is no good exchange for Iranians , they all have high transaction fee for Bitcoin , ln is also not supported very well

I just called another exchange , they have 0.00016 btc for tx fee Lowest I found was 0.00005 btc which is still high and they don't transfer all btc at once they transfer 3000$at most everyday
