I too have a better advantage of being retired and have a toddler but I don't think these have anything to say in my waking up late.

I have the advantage of being self-employed, so on my days off, I do get up after 9 a.m.

I have a 2-year-old who doesn't like to go to sleep early at night.

It's a struggle to get her to sleep at the end of the day.
