Yeah, heavily rely on coffee in the morning. How is creatine better?

No I don’t mean replacement, I suggest trying creatine as an addition to your current routine- try it out for a month added to coffee in mornings.

Or separately consider resetting caffeine tolerance if appropriate. Will be at least 1 week very difficult
