I also wasn't clear (but this is a good follow-up regardless) - I have ideas for territories, but it's still thousands of dollars and haven't almost all of these territories lost money? It would be great if we could have a discounted rate for a few months or half a year to try to get traction and then you can either keep or ditch the territory
If I wanted to find, say, precious metals stackers (I've thought about this), it's a big risk to create the territory then bring people
Generally speaking, I don't think you can look at territories as a way to earn a profit in sats. It's really supporting the site's growth long term. In the future, who knows?

But if that's the rationale, then the entry is just too darn high. Like what's the highest subscription you pay for any online service? Or maybe Patreon because that's purely at will? If it's about site growth, it might make more sense to just allow for free territory creation but all proceeds go to @k00b and @ek.

I didn't mean to say territories can't be profitable. I think 6 or 7 are already, after about a year and a half, and without the tools we anticipated we would have by now. My point was, that without growing the site, the network is too small to expect profits yet.
