I've tested all kind of logins for SN. What I recommend for mobile is to use a dedicated LN wallet (no need to have funds in it). SN + Amber most of the time fail to login. idk why, maybe because of relays banning too many requests.
General recommendations:
  • have setup a dedicated LN wallet to login
  • have setup nostr login for desktop. Works excellent with extensions
  • have setup a backup email login, to be used in emergency cases
