I say yes to that. They had prime Ibaka as well. Quite the roster at the time.

Had Ibaka started stretching the floor already or did his 3-point range come later?

If I remember correctly, it was his more athletic days, where he was averaging about 7-8 rebounds and having 2-3 blocks a game. The 3 point shot came later during the Raptors years.
