It can't be a coincidence that the same week Bitcoin surpasses Google by market cap is the same week they decide to ban "custodial" bitcoin wallets from the Play Store.
Call it petty but Centralised Big Tech can't stomach the idea of getting their lunch eaten by decentralized technologies.
What Bitcoin will do to Big Tech is slowly dawning and it's inevitable.

I would really like to agree with you and say that the Market cap means nothing, totally nothing.
That even if the market cap is zero or $100 trillion, it has no real world impact on economic reality of how all of us live, but I'd be lying to both of us.

To be able to remove fiat, people must get rid of it from their mind. If all days your mind is trained to think in fiat... Bitcoin will never be your main focus. So stop lying yourself thinking that marketcrap is a thing that matter.

My point was Bitcoin is being stonewalled for the reason that it's creating competing for existing capital. A petty reason for Google to try to delist bitcoin apps to slow Bitcoin.

  1. Bitcoin is not "capital". Is simply P2Pmoney. So it cannot be compared with any bullshit hedge fund or company "value"...
  2. Google didn't banned any bitcoin app. Anyways if that will happen, will make Bitcoin even stronger. Remember what happen when Apple did the same with their iShit devices?
