Certainly this will drop down Bitcoin price, giving a second opportunity to buy Bitcoin cheaper, most likely much more cheaper, but would you buy it?
If Blackrock is selling, I'm probably the one buying.

Blackrock doesn't have any bitcoin. They have only IOUs.

You mean Blackrocks BTC ETF?
Blackrock does not own any Bitcoin via the BTC ETF and therefore cannot decide to sell it.
Blackrock via Coinbase holds Bitcoin in custody for the lazy ignorant sooks who pay for that Bitcoin and Blackrock to hold it in custody for them via the ETF.
Blackrock can only sell that Bitcoin if net ETF buyers sell their shares in the ETF.

MSTR is more likely to have a sudden sell off than ETFs
