Not just the development, but the fact that Bitcoiners are intentionally waiting to buy BTC in order to tank the price and flush out the bad actors in the space.

The next bull run is going to get wild. Because only the most die hard Bitcoiners will buy the lowest dips. They won't sell for at least 1-2 full halving cycles.

And hopefully exchanges won't be doing so much nefarious shit because some reasonable useful legislation might fix them.
