How well did you hit your targets, today?
Cranked out 120 pushups today
Took 5 grams of creatine before the workout
Drank a protein shake afterwards
Will eat steak and eggs once the steak finishes defrosting a bit
I've been doing pushups a bit more often, adding it to my usual cardio stuff, I have a kettle bell and should probably throw that into the routine as well. Did about 2 minutes of abs (But it was kind of half assed, did it on the floor and the flutter kick sets started hurting my hips a bit, should add a better ab routine)
Is 120 a benchmark you're shooting for or just what you happened to do?
I remember my 10 minute ab set from cross-country running training. It was definitely not my favorite.
I've been trying to knock out 100 per workout doing sets of 20-25, this time I thought I'd do an extra set of 20. Abs always suck.
Dog still not going for a walk, but I did 5k steps all alone, slept for 5 hours soundly, fasting for 15 hours and going, stretched a bit.
Feeling good.
That sounds pretty solid. Our dog was very reluctant to go for walks when we first got her.
Mine actually is a nursing mom for now, and the other one is an astray dog that somehow don't listen to me.
I did eat the birthday cake, but I also made great memories
I cringe when ppl say they made great core memories
The real abs are the friends you made
No fake abs
Didn't run today. Ran yesterday and going on a run tomorrow morning. Hopefully tomorrow morning will not be too hot. Today, I went on a morning walk with my friends and had breakfast after. 8586 steps.
