My daughter for some reason is now getting into a habit of waking up right after I fall asleep and only sleeps again after I walk holding her in the lap for around an hour...can I add this to my morning exercise routine?
Apart from this only food is always healthy, been fasting for about 12 hours, nothing else.
You can get some bizarre workouts while trying to get a baby to sleep.

Yeah, right. I'm often doing weight these days and I can see for the first time my athletic body seems to be swelling like body builders. Haha

I remember endlessly swaying my daughter one night. It had to be exactly the same motion or she’d start crying again.
My wife said it was three hours, which is longer than it seemed but my arms were dead afterwards.

My daughter also like swaying but that's the duty of my brother whenever he's at home. Because he's quite muscular, I never bother to ask what happens to his arms after hours of similar rotation.
I've come to realise one thing that whatever pain you feel playing with your kid, (or with any kid) is sweeter and enjoyable.

As @grayruby reminds us, we get to do all of this.

Yeah, he's good in it. I'm pretty sure he used to crawl for hours beside gray and ruby to amuse them when they were toddlers.
