Say I have a blue wallet etc Lightning balance, and something happens to the channel or it goes offline, will that balance be refunded to my main chain wallet address I originally funded the lightning wallet with? Or does something else happen?

Just found out that the TSP (the federal government equivalent to a 401(k) is managed by blackrock! Crazy all those feds maxing out their TSP with pre tax dollars only to be part of the nonsense blackrock is apart of!

Here is the reference link. In short blackrock has a contract with the federal government to manage the C fund I fund and S fund
So no matter how good or bad your investment does blackrock collects the management fee.
