Can someone ELI5 about lightning please: Say I have a blue wallet etc Lightning balance, and something happens to the channel or it goes offline, will that balance be refunded to my main chain wallet address I originally funded the lightning wallet with? Or does something else happen?

Just found out that the TSP (the federal government equivalent to a 401(k) is managed by blackrock! Crazy all those feds maxing out their TSP with pre tax dollars only to be part of the nonsense blackrock is apart of!

So no matter how good or bad your investment does blackrock collects the management fee.

So far, so good. Stacker News is our Reddit where we post random stuff and then we go to Nostr, not-Twitter alike, where we depend on people's ego. I would recommend to search and try it. Pretty awesome stuff is going on.
