зачем? просто заморозить на 1000000 блоков... прямо в кошельке... разблокировать после 17654334 блока транзакцию. все просто. и бесплатно! а файл отдать правнуку..

what wallets allow for very easy time lock transactions?
my thought: create a seed on metal. send that wallet one time locked transaction with rbf. give that seed to a trusted family member or lawyer for your kids

yes in electrum you can choose the advanced tab and pick a block time or a date for the transaction. if you give a seed to a lawyer for passing on, my advice would be to distribute "passphrases" to all your heirs.
- Everyone gets a passphrase when you are alive.
- Everyone gets a seed when you are dead
- Time lock a transaction for 5 years and RBF to cancel before the time is up if you are still alive
- If you mess this up and the transaction broadcasts you will have all of the seeds and passphrases and could send the transaction back.
