I am thinking that it might be a cool idea to promote BTC LN use locally, to create a QR code with a LNurl to give away a few sats to whomever scans the code, print it on a few stickers and stick those in public places thought the city.

Of course, to prevent abuse, it'd need to be limited to one withdrawal per wallet, somehow similar to how Carrot's redeemable codes work, but for any LN wallet and without needing a particular app.

Is that posible with LN? Any pointers to where I could learn how to do it?
