I feel like I've seen this post many times...
And now that I click the "related" drop down, indeed many users have posted this in the past.
I see one post that explicitly mentions this feature:

the rest seem to be discussing similar but different topics, or they talk about the SN price ticker but the 1sat=1sat feature only comes up in one of the reply comments.
not sure if posting on ancient threads is encouraged here but anyways thought I'd surface this feature for any new stackers and also give my personal feedback to the dev.
