No, you can only post additional bumps and increase the total bounty.
Wouldn't it be weird if users could edit their asks? Seems like a possible abuse vector.

Yah, I also made an ask, and then wanted the ability to edit...nope!
Should be able to edit for 10 mins after posting or something.

Yeah, for a limited time maybe the author should be able to edit at least the title and textual content...
